Design Control Board
The goal of the Design Control Board (DCB) is to approve plans for the development of parcels and lots and to approve any changes or alterations in the originally approved plans.
The DCB functions on all aspects of exterior design and development of Jonathan’s Landing including, among other items: the selection of colors, textures, materials, landscaping and architectural style. DCB approval is based upon its determination that the proposed construction is aesthetically consistent and in harmony with the general scheme of development of the Jonathan’s Landing community.
Design Control Board Meetings are held the first Tuesday of every month. To be placed on the upcoming month’s agenda, all requests must be received in the JL POA office by the Wednesday prior to the next meeting. If you need additional assistance please call (561)743-2032
